Chloe Conger has been studying, practicing and teaching meditation for a little over a decade, mainly in the Theravada tradition of Vipassana via Spirit Rock. She wishes to share practices that have helped her relax, breathe into the scary places and appreciate things just as they are. The teachers who have most influenced her include Jack Kornfield, Pema Chödrön, Craig Hamilton, Byron Katie, Adyashanti, and embodiment genius, Philip Shepherd. She has studied qigong with many teachers, and been most inspired by the Radiant Heart Qigong of Teja Bell.
