(Aspen) Relational Mindfulness: Finding Freedom in How We Relate

  • Aspen Chapel 77 Meadowood Drive Aspen, CO, 81611 United States (map)

Our greatest challenge is staying present in the beautiful and sometimes messy field of human relationships.  In work, with family and friends, and our intimate relationships, relational mindfulness helps us to bring presence, investigation and compassion to the people in our lives.

Based on Zen meditation and mindfulness teacher Deborah Eden Tull's new book Relational Mindfulness, this restorative and experiential retreat offers illuminating and heart-opening practices that can be integrated into every moment of life. It is appropriate for both meditators and non-meditators and involves meditation, relational practices, dharma talks, and facilitated group discussion.  Suggested donation $75-$150.

Deborah Eden Tull, is a Zen meditation and mindfulness teacher, author, activist, and sustainability educator who teaches the integration of compassionate awareness into every aspect of our lives.
